1. Our services

Serveium provides done-for-you AI automation systems — including lead capture, qualification, booking, follow-up, and related workflows — for businesses in industries such as home services, real estate, and restaurants. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement between you and Serveium.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Use of the website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, servers, or networks;
• Submit false information or another person’s information without authorization.

4. Proposals, engagements, and payment

Any pricing shown on the website (such as “starting at” figures) is indicative and not a binding offer. The actual scope, fees, setup costs, and recurring charges for your engagement are set out in your written agreement with Serveium. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, fees are non-refundable and recurring fees continue until the agreement is cancelled in accordance with its terms.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, design, logos, and graphics — are owned by Serveium and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission. Ownership of deliverables created under a service agreement is governed by that agreement.

6. No guaranteed results

We work hard to deliver effective automation systems, but we do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, or outcomes. Any statistics or examples on the website are for illustration only and are not promises of performance. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and execution.

7. Third-party services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms (for example, GoHighLevel, scheduling tools, telephony, and email/SMS providers). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or actions. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and platform rules, including those governing calling and text messaging (such as the TCPA and carrier requirements).

8. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serveium will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serveium and its owners and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
